A practical operating environment—not employment or an investment product. Commercial outcomes depend on the participant’s execution and the market.
Proof before persuasion

You should be able to inspect more than a promise.

Startions publicly presents an operating ecosystem, not only a curriculum. That includes ready made ventures, a CRM led workflow and a registered LLP in Mumbai. It is evidence of infrastructure, not a guarantee of your child’s outcome.

What parents are really buying

Not a title. Evidence of maturity.

The value is not in calling someone a Founder. It is in seeing how they respond when a customer says no, a plan misses its target or a team depends on their follow-through.

The goal is to replace “I think they are ready” with work your family can actually discuss.
01

Direction earned through action

They discover whether business suits them by operating—not by choosing a career from assumption.

02

Confidence built with customers

They learn to ask, listen, explain value, handle objections and follow up with purpose.

03

Discipline people can depend on

Weekly priorities, CRM updates and reviews make consistency visible instead of theoretical.

04

A more credible story of work

Decisions, experiments and lessons can become stronger evidence than another passive certificate.

If your family runs a business

“They want independence, not the family business.”

Startions can give them neutral ground to test commercial judgment away from the family name, inherited expectations and a business they did not choose.

Look for: initiative, customer judgment and accountability without family supervision.
If your priority is stability

“I do not want them gambling with their future.”

The 5-10 hour weekly format is designed to sit alongside study or early-career work, so they can test ownership without first building technology or abandoning their present path.

Look for: a better-informed career decision, not a promise of easy money.
A concern many parents do not say out loud

“My child has potential, but they do not take initiative or seem serious about anything.”

If they seem stuck

Sometimes “lazy” is what a lack of direction looks like from the outside.

Startions cannot manufacture ambition. But it can replace vague advice with a real responsibility, a weekly rhythm and visible follow through, giving your child the chance to show whether they engage differently when the work feels like their own.

For parents, that creates a clearer answer about interest, consistency and readiness.
How the experience works

A ready system. Real responsibility.

Startions reduces the friction of starting from zero. It does not remove the effort of learning customers, making decisions or delivering on a commitment.

Step 01

Establish fit

Submit an application and discuss the participant’s stage, strengths and availability.

Step 02

Match the scope

Assess readiness for the wider Founder role or a focused Co-founder responsibility.

Step 03

Review the terms

Understand the venture, weekly work, annual subscription and agreement before enrolment.

Step 04

Build the evidence

Operate through customer activity, CRM discipline, team reviews and market decisions.

Startions provides

The operating foundation

01A product-ready digital venture and technology setup
02Brand context, blueprint and initial operating workflows
03CRM access, collaboration tools and reporting structure
04Role guidance, mentoring resources and review points
Your child owns

The execution and judgment

01Focused weekly time, preparation and follow-through
02Customer conversations, outreach and market activity
03Accurate CRM updates, priorities and team communication
04Learning from evidence and changing course when needed
The parent-friendly rule: the foundation is provided; progress still has to be earned.
Two ways to take ownership

Match the responsibility, not the status.

Founder is a wider scope, Co-founder is ownership of a critical function. The stronger choice is the role your child can carry consistently.

Own the venture’s direction, stay close to customers, align priorities and turn market evidence into measurable progress.

Direction & priorities Customer understanding Team alignment
Best for someone ready to be answerable for the whole venture, not only the tasks they enjoy.

Four questions worth asking every month

What did you personally own? Which customer signal did you learn from? What evidence changed your decision? What will you execute differently next?
Before your family decides

A good enrolment conversation ends with clear answers.

Start with fit, not payment.

Applying is free. Startions uses a paid annual subscription if the applicant is selected, ask for the exact fee and applicable terms before enrolling.

Is Startions a course or internship?
Startions describes itself as an educational, SaaS-based startup operating environment. Participants work inside a ready-made digital venture, it is not a job, franchise or investment product.
Must my child leave college or their job?
The stated commitment is approximately 5-10 focused hours per week, designed to sit alongside current priorities. Fit still depends on the applicant’s schedule and consistency.
What does the annual subscription cost?
The exact fee is not shown on this page. Ask Startions to explain the fee, duration, included support, refund terms and any renewal in writing before you enrol.
Is the Founder title automatic?
No. Founder and Co-founder represent different scopes of responsibility. Matching should reflect readiness, strengths and the needs of a suitable venture—not the prestige of a title.
Who owns income, equity or intellectual property?
Those details depend on the applicable written agreement. Review compensation, participation, equity if any, IP, confidentiality and portfolio use before making an enrolment decision.
Does Startions guarantee income or business success?
No. The platform provides infrastructure, systems and guidance. Revenue, profit, funding, employment and commercial success depend on execution and market conditions and are not guaranteed.
The next sensible step

Find out whether this is the right test for your child.

A parent or applicant can begin the conversation. If the applicant is suitable, review the matched venture, role, time commitment, subscription and written terms together before deciding.

1Submit the applicant’s basic details.
2Discuss readiness, role and venture fit.
3Review the full terms before enrolment.
