What you actually receive

A real business foundation you can operate and improve.

Startions puts the product, technology, brand, CRM and initial workflows in place. You focus on customers, marketing, sales, growth and the decisions that move the venture forward.

The title comes with real work
How Startions works

From application to real execution.

You do not need to arrive with an idea, a product or a technical team. You do need the willingness to take ownership and execute.

Step 01

Apply & qualify

Tell us about your current stage, strengths, interests and weekly availability. Applicants must be 18 or older.

Step 02

Get matched

Startions assesses whether Founder or Co-founder fits you, then matches you with a suitable product-ready venture.

Step 03

Onboard & operate

Work through real systems, CRM and operating priorities while taking the startup to customers and the market.

Step 04

Improve what you build

Review customer response and operating evidence. Strengthen what works; change and retest what does not.

Repeat until the evidence
is real
01
Execute Take the venture to real customers.
02
Observe Study what people actually say and do.
03
Revamp Improve what is blocking demand.
04
Relaunch Take the improved version back to market.
How a startup earns validation

Execution creates the evidence. Evidence earns validation.

A startup is not validated because the idea sounds promising. You take the venture to real customers, learn from their response, improve what is weak and test it again.

01
Work in the real market

Run outreach, customer conversations, campaigns, offers and early sales—not classroom exercises.

02
Revamp using real feedback

If customers do not respond, improve the positioning, offer, product experience or market approach.

03
Validate with customer action

Interest, usage, conversions and willingness to pay decide whether the startup is ready to grow.

No response is not failure. It is information for building a stronger next version.

Two ownership roles

Two roles. One standard: ownership.

The Founder owns the direction of the whole venture. The Co-founder owns a critical function. Both are measured by execution and outcomes, not by title.

Frequently asked questions

Still thinking it through?

Good. Real responsibility should come with real questions. Here are the answers worth understanding before you apply.

*Participation, roles, revenue and results depend on eligibility, effort, venture conditions and program terms. Startions does not guarantee profit, funding, employment or business success.

No. Startions is a structured founder and execution environment. You work on a product-ready digital venture, perform real operating work and use market evidence to shape what the startup becomes.
It means a working product, brand and initial systems already exist—you are not starting from a blank page. It does not mean every market assumption has already been proven. As you execute, customer response shows what to strengthen and what should be improved or tested again.
No. The base technology and initial startup concept are already in place. Your work focuses on understanding customers, marketing, sales, operations, usage and growth. Technical work may be part of a later revamp, but coding is not required to apply.
The Founder owns the overall business direction and operating priorities. A Co-founder owns a mission-critical function such as growth, sales, customer success, product or operations. Final fit depends on readiness, strengths, availability and the needs of the venture.
The expected commitment is typically around 5–10 focused hours per week. You do not fund the base product-development infrastructure. Startions operates through an applicable paid subscription or licence, explained before enrollment.
